TCCR has the authority to take possession of the motor vehicle in the event that there are 2 successive defaults of monthly installments. TCCR will serve the hirer a notice in writing set in the 4th Schedule of Hire Purchase Act 1967 and given 21 days notice. In short, TCCR will proceed vehicle repossession for the account in arrears after 2 months and 21 days, as per the HP Act.
